A compliance desk tracks the statutes and federal actions that change what can be sold and where, with plain explanations of what each rule actually says.
The site takes its name from the True To Plant® approach: building terpene profiles that mirror the chemistry of real cultivars rather than approximating them. Educational articles explain what that means and how it compares with other sourcing models.

Articles are produced by the True to Plant editorial desk and published under the publication's name. Every article is accountable to the standards described on our editorial standards page.
How articles are researched
Compliance briefs are checked against the statute, rule, or Federal Register notice itself, not against secondary coverage. Product and sourcing articles are built from supplier documentation and primary sources where they exist. Internal links are for further reading; they are never counted as sources.
Corrections
